Our Return Policy
We want you to love every Senashaps piece you purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Email hello@senashaps.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Pack Your Item
Pack your item(s) securely with all original tags attached. Include your return authorisation number on a note inside the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Ship It Back
Ship your return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, in which case we'll cover the shipping cost.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–3 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Size Exchanges
Not sure about your size? We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at hello@senashaps.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for. We'll send your new size as soon as we receive the original item back.
We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order to get the best fit first time.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
