How to Measure Yourself
Measure yourself wearing only your underwear. Use a soft measuring tape, kept snug but not tight.
- Bust: Around the fullest part of your chest, tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Around the narrowest part of your natural waist, just above the belly button.
- Hips: Around the fullest part of your hips, about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.
