How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear) are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Size exchanges are free within 30 days. Simply contact us with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll sort it out.
How do I care for my Senashaps pieces?
Hand wash cold or machine wash on a delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. This keeps the fabric soft and the compression intact wash after wash.
Do you ship internationally?
