Free Shipping
On all US orders over $75
Processing Time
All Senashaps orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Issues
Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and your building's mailroom first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at hello@senashaps.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand shipping to your region.
